Watkins Ponds in Rockville, Maryland

The Watkins Ponds in Rockville, Maryland, is an eBird hotspot known for its warblers during their migration. There are the ponds that attract waterfowl, warblers and a variety of other birds. The special part of this relatively new residential neighborhood is the low locust trees along Crooked Creek Drive. These trees are along a wooded strip with a central stream that seems to attract the warblers. They come out to visit the locust trees and birders can walk along a sidewalk to see them nearly at eye-level. Here is a satellite view:
