The Trillium Trail in the G. Richard Thompson Wildlife Management Area near Linden, Virginia, is an eBird hotspot known for its warblers during their migration. This is a short hike (sightly more than a mile with a 265 foot - or 81 meters - drop in elevation from the parking lot). Part of the hike goes along the Appalachian trail. Here is a satellite view:
